Ross Aragon Community Center – 451 Hot Springs Blvd. – downtown Pagosa Springs | Teacher:  Margaret Burkesmith
Just prior to having my second son, Connor (in 1996), I was introduced to Yoga, or it to me, not sure which. Being a runner and biker, I was excited to find Yoga because I had a sense that it would assist me in balancing my body within these sports and would create a sense of vitality. At that time, I could not even come close to touching my toes, while sitting or standing. . . . . .

4:30 pm –  Weekly Afternoon Class w/zoom options

Afternoon Yoga| 60 minutes
Ahhhh, breathe into your afternoon while noticing your koshas in this soothing, nurturing, grounding class.  You’ll find some time in standing and balancing postures, yet mostly winding down the day to prepare for your evening.  All levels welcome and also tailored toward beginners. Bring extra mat – or borrow ours – on this hard surface. Text or e-mail for zoom link.

R.A. Community Center – 451 Hot Springs Blvd. Downtown| Teacher: Margaret Burkesmith
First and foremost, I want you to know that it would be my honor to ‘hold space’ and support you during your own self-exploration into self realization; whether that be in this class, a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Session or in a Private or Group Yoga Class. . . . . .

SUNDAY –  Weekly Class

4:30 pm   –  Weekly Class w/zoom option

Integrate, Dissolve, Drop In| 75 minutes
Take extra time in each posture to truly let down.  Vacillating between these long stretches, strengthening holds, and rest WITH SOUND BATH — to integrate your postures, day, week . . .  All of which may create potential clarity, wisdom and space to open into the new.  Use props to support the body in longer, more meaningful posture holds – beginners welcome.   e-mail/text for Zoom Link
